Our Signature Delivery
We take great care in ensuring your "fun finds" and heritage pieces arrive safely. Every order is hand-packed with the same attention to detail we give to our in-store gift wrapping.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Rates: We offer flat-rate shipping based on order value and weight. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Local Pickup: We offer complimentary in-store pickup for our Dalton neighbors. Simply select "Local Pickup" at checkout, and we will notify you when your treasures are ready.

Carrier: We primarily ship via UPS and USPS to ensure reliable tracking and delivery.

Registry Shipping: For wedding guests, we offer the option to hold gifts for the couple or ship them directly to the address provided on their registry.
Returns & Exchanges

At The Pine Needle, we want you to cherish every item you bring into your home. If an item doesn't perfectly suit your space, we are here to help.

Return Window: We accept returns for Store Credit or Exchange within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that original artwork, bespoke monograms, custom orders, and seasonal holiday items are Final Sale.

Registry Returns: We understand that duplicates happen! Registry items may be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of the wedding date.
Refunds & Damaged Items
The "White-Glove" Promise
While we pack every item with the utmost care, we understand that accidents can happen during transit.

Damaged Goods: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@thepineneedledalton.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging so we can file a claim and send a replacement immediately.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the credit.

Return Shipping: Unless an item is damaged or sent in error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
